Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of knee arthroscopy meniscus plasty and meniscus suture repair in the treatment of patients with meniscus injury.Method:A total of 96 patients with meniscus injury who admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into group A(n=47,knee arthroscopy meniscus plasty)and group B(n=49,knee arthroscopy meniscus suture repair)according to different surgical methods.The surgical indexes,short-term efficacy,knee joint function and complications were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,excellent and good rate and complication rate between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the Lysholm scores and joint range of motion between two groups before operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05);the Lysholm scores and joint range of motion of two groups at 3 months and 6 months after operation were higher than those before operation,the Lysholm scores and joint range of motion of two groups at 6 months after operation were higher than those at 3 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knee arthroscopy meniscus plasty and meniscus suture repair in the treatment of patients with meniscus injury is effective,and can improve the function and motion of knee joint,with good safety.关键词
