大语言模型在康复医学中的研究进展
Research Progress of Large Language Model in Rehabilitation Medicine
摘要
Abstract
As a new generation technology of artificial intelligence,large language model is showing strong general intelligence,arousing concern of whole society,and expected to promote quality and efficiency of various fields of society.By analyzing and reading related literatures,analyze research progress of large language model in rehabilitation medicine,and look forward to the next research directions,so as to provide reference for researchers.Research on large language model in rehabilitation medicine focuses on two aspects:rehabilitation knowledge evaluation and typical application scenarios of large language model.The results of rehabilitation professional knowledge evaluation show that large language model basically has professional knowledge comparable to that of ordinary rehabilitation physicians,but shows drawbacks such as fictitious information that need to be solved.In terms of typical application scenarios,current research focuses on four aspects,using large language models to formulate rehabilitation plans,enhancing augmentative and alternative communication,rehabilitation education,and rehabilitation data processing.It is recommended that further research may be conducted in two directions,development of large language model for rehabilitation medicine and much more deepening application research.关键词
