Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is one of the most common autoimmune diseases in clinical practice,synovitis is the basic pathological disease,which eventually leads to joint deformity and a series of extra-articular symptoms.Osteoporosis(OP)is one of the most common complications of RA,RA patients with OP have severe general discomfort and can lead to multiple fractures,which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients.Actively exploring the pathogenesis of RA combined with OP can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent implementation of targeted interventions,which is also a hot topic in current research.Western medicine for RA combined with OP has achieved positive curative effect,but there are obvious differences in curative effect among different patients and even obvious therapeutic limitations in some patients,the research on RA and OP in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history,and many traditional Chinese medicine treatments have significant effects,combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine may become a new idea for patients with RA combined with OP to break through the current treatment bottleneck and actively improve prognosis.This article systematically reviewed the pathogenesis of RA combined with OP and the current status of traditional Chinese medicine intervention,and clarifies the ideas and directions for further research on disease.关键词
