Abstract

Clarifying the coupling mechanism between new infrastructure construction and ecological environmental protection is conducive to promoting their coordinated development.Based on the analysis of the evaluation index system of the development level of new infrastructure construction and ecological environment,as well as the relationship between the two,this paper used the entropy value method and the coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling coordination degree of new infrastructure construction and ecologi-cal environment development in 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021,and on this basis,explored the temporal and spatial evolution laws and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree.The results showed that:① The development level of new infrastruc-ture construction showed an upward trend,and the development level of ecological environment showed a"U-shaped"change trend of"rising first and then falling",and both showed a spatial distribution pattern of"east high and west low".② The coupling coordination degree between new infrastructure construction and ecological environment development had been increasing during the study period.In terms of quantity,it had gradually shifted from moderate coordination to high coordination;in terms of space,the overall spatial evolution pattern of the coupling coordination degree between the two was from east to west,with increasing concentration.③ Technological inno-vation and urbanization level development were the main driving factors for the coupling coordination between new infrastructure con-struction and ecological environment development,and the intensity of their role existed regional heterogeneity:The middle and western regions were more inclined towards technological innovation,while the eastern and northeastern regions were more inclined towards ur-banization level.It is necessary to scientifically layout major scientific and technological infrastructure according to the local resource en-dowments and ecological environment carrying capacity,and promote the orderly development of urbanization,so as to achieve synergis-tic development of new infrastructure and ecological environment.
