数字乡村公共空间促进乡村善治的运行机制及实现路径研究
Research on the operation mechanism and realization path of digital rural public space promoting rural good governance
摘要
Abstract
Grounded in three typical cases of digital rural governance across the nation,this paper employed the grounded theory approach to analyze and explore how the digital rural public space can facilitate good rural governance,offering theoretical and practical insights for the effective integration of digital technology with rural governance.The results showed that the functional characteristics of inclusiveness,sharing,and interactivity served as prerequisites.Embedding cognition,resources,and relationships into the governance domain of the digital rural public space,and empowering governance actors with psychological,technological,and organizational capabil-ities were core elements.Strengthening emotional mobilization,incentives,and constraints,as well as fostering collaborative governance,provided a solid foundation for ensuring effectiveness.Consequently,it is recommended to enhance the digital governance awareness a-mong villagers and to cultivate a team of digital talents in rural areas.Improving the construction of digital infrastructure and reinforcing the technological support for rural governance are essential.Furthermore,it is imperative to refine the mechanisms of rural digital gov-ernance and to optimize the implementation path of the platform architecture,thereby enabling the digital rural public space to better serve the development of rural governance and to achieve the goal of good governance in rural areas.关键词
