总量-强度双控下太湖环湖口门调度研究
Research on water resources regulation at the gate around the Taihu Lake Based on total volume-strength control

Abstract
Taihu Basin is a typical plain river network area with dense rivers,numerous water conservancy projects,reciprocating water flow and frequent water exchange between adjacent regions.Taihu Lake is the water resource allocation center of the basin and the most important water source in the basin,and the water output from the gate around the Taihu Lake is an important supplementary water source for the adjacent areas and downstream areas of the Taihu Lake.According to the requirements of unified regulation and management,the water resource regulation implementation of total volume-strength dual control and process management at the gate around the Taihu Lake is a necessary measure to guarantee the living,production and ecological water needs of the basin,and an inevitable requirement to implement the rigid constraint system of water resources and strengthen the conservation and intensive use of water resources.Based on the relevant research results of the low water line for regulation and management of the Taihu Lake,the method of statistical analysis of measured data and mathematical model simulation analysis is adopted to statistically analyze the series of measured process data of water quantity and flow output from the gate around the Taihu Lake in it's downstream areas,the mathematical model is used to simulate and compare the different schemes of water resource regulation at the gate around the Taihu Lake.The suitable flow is proposed from the gate around the Taihu Lake in Yangchengdianmao District and Hangjiahu District when the water line of the Taihu Lake is low,which can providetechnical support for the formulation and implementation of water resource scheduling scheme in the Taihu Basin.关键词
