Abstract
In this study,the classical swine fever and porcine pseudorabies bivalent inactivated gene-engineered vaccine(E2+gB+gD,CHO cell-derived)was used to immunize weaned piglets.Blood samples were collected on 7,14,21 days after the first immunization,and on 7,14,21,42 days,2 months,3 months,4 months,5 months,6 months,7 months,9 months,11 months,and 13 months after the second immunization to conduct the detection of the antibody titer of classical swine fever by ELISA.And the challenge protection test for classical swine fever was carried out in the 13th month after the second immunization.The results showed that From the 14th day to 2 months after immunization in the immunized group,the level of neutralizing antibodies against classical swine fever was in a rising stage,and the antibody level still remained at a relatively high level in the 13th month after immunization.In the 13th month after the second immunization,the vaccine-immunized group could achieve a protection of 5 out of 5 pigs against the challenge of classical swine fever,with a protection rate of 100%,while in the unimmunized challenged control group,all 5 out of 5 pigs got sick and died.The research indicates that the immunization duration of the classical swine fever potency of the classical swine fever and porcine pseudorabies bivalent inactivated gene-engineered vaccine(E2+gB+gD,CHO cell-derived)can reach at least 13 months,and it can resist the attack of classical swine fever virus for at least 13 months.The time of resisting the attack of classical swine fever virus can provide a basis for formulating the immunization program.关键词
