200味中药及复方对大肠埃希菌体外抑菌实验的研究
Study on Inhibition of 200 Chinese Herbs and Their Compounds to Escherichia coli in vitro
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and its compound formula on Escherichia coli,200 commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were selected for in-vitro bacteriostatic test using the"Chinese Medicine Tube and Dish Method".The results showed that 16 Chinese herbal medicines,including dark plum,papaya and schizandra,had significant antibacterial effects on E.coli.Under the guidance of the principles of TCM differential diagnosis and treatment and the formulation principles of minister,assistant and messenger herbs,these 16 Chinese medicinal herbs are combined into 7 compound formulas and 3 prescribed preparation.The in-vitro bacteriostatic test was further conducted.According to the result,the compound formulas A1,B1,A2,B2 and J1 showed significant antibacterial effects.The study provided a basis for the development of alternative antibacterial products based on Chinese herbal medicine.关键词
