Digitalization Empowering the Internationalization of Vocational Education:Logical Motives,Evolutionary Characteristics and Practical Paths

Abstract
In the digital age,empowering the internationalization of vocational education with digital technology is a practical necessity.The logical driving force behind the digital empowerment of internationalization of vocational education is mainly reflected in the synchronous manifestation and parallel development of globalization and anti-globalization,the collision and integration of internationalization and localization in vocational education,the mutual penetration and common evolution of digitalization and informatization.Its evolutionary characteristics are reflected in the following:the number of international schools has shifted from a few institutions participating to a majority of institutions cooperation;the internationalization direction is shifting from"bringing in"to"going out";the internationalization mode has shifted from"long-distance"internationalization to"virtual"internationalization.To promote the internationalization of vocational education through digital empowerment,it is necessary to leverage digital technology to enhance the internationalization of vocational education concepts through governance empowerment,empowering management to enhance the internationalization of vocational education personnel,empowering resources to enhance the internationalization of vocational education courses,empowering the internationalization of vocational education through connectivity,empowering and improving the internationalization of vocational education evaluation through evaluation.关键词
