Construction of Cultural Soft Power of"Vocational Education Going Abroad":Contemporary Significance,Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Paths

Abstract
The construction of cultural soft power of"Vocational Education Going Abroad"is an objective requirement to deal with the situation of world cultural competition,an active pursuit to safeguard the cultural sovereignty of vocational education in China,an external demand to implement the opening-up strategy,and an internal demand to solve the key problems of development.Currently,the realistic dilemma of the construction of cultural soft power of"Vocational Education Going Abroad"is mainly manifested in the unbalanced development of vocational education cultural soft power and economic hard power,the domestic appeal and international influence of vocational education culture are not significant,the international discourse power and discourse ability of vocational education culture are not strong,and the domestic public foundation of the construction of vocational education cultural soft power is not solid.Therefore,the breakthrough paths for the construction of cultural soft power of"Vocational Education Going Abroad"include:vocational colleges take the initiative to play their role as the main body of cultural inheritance and innovation of vocational education,take concept guidance,system guarantee,theoretical support and practical exploration as the action guide,and break through the established trends and compare the international paths in school-enterprise cooperation;going out with industry,mutual integration of Chinese and foreign standards,platform co-construction and China's vocational education brand building,take the reconstruction of international discourse system of China's vocational education as the breakthrough,focus on the construction of international discourse ability,telling the story of China's vocational education well,and comprehensively improving the international communication efficiency of China's vocational education culture.关键词
