摘要

Abstract

The talents cultivation in higher vocational education is an objective need to support the construction of the national innovation system,an inevitable requirement for the development of industry and the technological innovation in enterprises,and a realistic choice for the supply of highly-skilled personnel.From the perspective of improving the efficiency of national innovation system,the talents cultivation in higher vocational education should be oriented towards regional economic and social development,serving the innovation needs of enterprises,possessing the abilities to participate in technological innovation,and developing innovative highly-skilled personnel.Presently,in order to solve the practical problems in the positioning,layout and mechanism of talents cultivation,it is suggested that higher vocational education should coordinate the comprehensive reform and pilot promotion to improve the efficiency of the national innovation system with the virtuous cycle of education,science and technology talents in three aspects;the positioning of talents cultivation should be focused on innovative highly-skilled personnel training;the reform of key elements of teaching in higher vocational colleges should be deepened and faced to innovation;the mechanism of cultivating innovative highly-skilled personnel should be built and optimized by means of multi-agent cooperation.
