Exploring the International Technology Transfer Mechanism for Agricultural Cooperation between China and Central Asia:

Abstract
The international transfer of agricultural technology serves as a pivotal pillar for China's"Agriculture Going Global"strategy.Current research primarily emphasizes overarching theoretical analyses,lacking in-depth field investigations and failing to fully unveil the specific action processes and practical mechanisms underlying technology transfer,thereby limiting the practical significance of such studies.An examination of the action process and practical mechanism of international agricultural technology transfer undertaken by Company A,a Chinese grain and oil enterprise,reveals that the international transfer of agricultural technology between China and Central Asia is a practical process that involves multiple actors and has gradually established symbiotic cooperative relationships.This process unfolds in five stages:forming a symbiotic environment,generating symbiotic momentum,initially establishing symbiotic relationships,expanding the scope of symbiosis,and sustaining symbiotic interdependence.In this process,the continuously enhanced strategic partnership of mutual trust and assistance between nations and regions fosters a crucial symbiotic environment.The pursuit of respective interests motivates multiple stakeholders to actively participate in mutually beneficial cooperation,generating symbiotic momentum.The elimination of political risks and trust barriers facilitates the initial formation of symbiotic relationships among multiple stakeholders.The construction of exemplary projects and technology demonstration parks promotes the expansion of symbiotic relationships.The formation of long-term cooperation mechanisms leads to the establishment of a sustained symbiotic interdependence network among multiple stakeholders.The action process and practical mechanism of Company A in constructing a network of symbiotic cooperative relationships among multiple stakeholders for international agricultural technology transfer in Central Asia offer significant insights and theoretical value for advancing China's"Agriculture Going Global"strategy and fulfilling the vision of agricultural technology exchange and cooperation between China and Central Asia.关键词
