60份广西茶树种质资源的染色体倍性鉴定
Chromosome Ploidy Identification of 60 Germplasm Resources of Tea Plants in Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Given the efficiency of flow cytometry in determining plant ploidy,in this study,flow cytometry was employed to identify the ploidy of 60 tea tree germplasm resources in Guangxi,aiming to obtain accurate ploidy data to support tea plant breeding.The result showed that a to-tal of 53 diploids,6 triploids,and 1 haploid were identified,but no tetraploid was detected.The identified haploid tea tree 180(Longji Ancient Tea Tree No.2)will serve as the original material for subsequent tea plant chromosome doubling to produce polyploid breeding materials,thus providing a reference for the breeding and utilization of polyploid tea trees.关键词
