不同生姜资源品质与产量比较
Comparison on Quality and Yield of Different Ginger Resources

Abstract
Sixteen local ginger resources,including Huoshan small yellow ginger,Shuikou ginger,Machang yellow ginger,Hongli ginger,Linquan shizitou,Linquan small yellow ginger,Yuexi small yellow ginger,Shucheng small yellow ginger,Guangxi red bud ginger,Jinzhai small yellow ginger,and Tongling white ginger,were used as the test materials for the comparative quality and yield test.The results showed that Yuexi small yellow ginger had the highest total curcumin content(22 548.290 μg/g),and the lowest was Linquan small yellow ginger(13 694.800 μg/g);the highest crude fiber content was Xilin fire ginger(46.707 mg/g),and the lowest was Yulin garden meat ginger(3.437 mg/g);the highest crude protein content was Yulin garden meat ginger(311.863 mg/g),the lowest was Shuikou ginger(200.917 mg/g);the highest soluble sugar content was Linquan shizitou(91.687 mg/g),the lowest was Shuikou ginger(31.000 mg/g);the highest water content was Yulin garden meat ginger(932.53 g/kg),the lowest was Tongling white ginger(90.420 mg/g).The highest yield was Guangxi red sprout ginger(108 075.0 kg/hm2),and the lowest was Shuikou ginger(74 475.0 kg/hm2).Yuexi small yellow ginger,Machang yellow ginger,Pingding 4,Hongli ginger and Linquan shizitou could be used as breeding materials for the production of ginger flavorings.Machang yellow ginger,Pingding 4,Shuikou ginger,Jinzhai small yellow ginger,Shitang ginger,Yulin garden meat ginger and Shucheng small yellow ginger were suitable for processing as tender ginger.Guangxi red bud ginger,Linquan shizitou,Yuexi small yellow ginger,Hongli ginger,Pingding 4,Machang yellow ginger,Tongling white ginger and Xilin fire ginger were more in line with yield breeding needs.关键词
