Correlation and Principal Component Analysis Between Main Agronomic Characters of Day Lily Varieties
摘要
Abstract
Eleven varieties of day lily,such as Malian,Shayuan and Dawuzui,which are mainly planted in China,were taken as the research objects to study the correlation and principal component analysis of the main agronomic characters of each variety.The biomass,soluble solids,soluble sugar,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase of 11 different varieties of day lily were evaluated.The study showed that under the soil and climate conditions in the arid area of Ningxia,Gaoshan 1,Taidong 6,Siyuebai,Dawuzui,Siyuehua,Shayuan had accumulated more biomass,and their plants grew well,which was adaptable to local climate conditions and suitable for cultivation in the arid area of Ningxia.关键词
