基于SWOT分析的"乡村民宿联合体"策略研究
Research on the Strategy of"Rural B&B Consortium"Based on SWOT Analysis
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the stable and sustainable development of the homestay industry market,this study proposes the development model of rural homestay consortia,and through the SWOT analysis method,deeply analyzes its internal and external environment,identifies its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats for development.On this basis,innovative measures are proposed for the development of rural homestay consortia,including"unified management+flexible operation,homestay alliance+point sharing,homestay trusteeship+charac-teristic operation".The research results can provide targeted strategic guidance for rural homestay owners,government departments,and re-searchers,promoting the development of rural revitalization.关键词
