不同三叶青突变体的品质和抗氧化活性分析
Analysis of Quality and Antioxidant Activity of Different Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Mutants

Abstract
[Objective]Based on the agronomic traits,quality and antioxidant activity of different Tetrastigma hemsleyanum mutants,the phe-notypes and active components of the underground and aboveground parts were systematically analyzed in order to quickly screen high-quality and high-yield T.hemsleyanum varieties(lines)through phenotype and leaf data.[Method]Using ZQ1,ZQ2,ZQ3,ZQ4,ZQ5,ZQ6,ZQ7 and ZQ8 as experimental materials,agronomic traits such as leaf number,leaf fresh weight,root yield,root number,spherical number and number of tubers with a length greater than 4 cm of T.hemsleyanum mutant were measured,as well as total flavonoids,total phenols,DPPH free radical scavenging rate,ABTS+free radical scavenging rate in the leaves and roots of T.hemsleyanum mutant.The correlation between aboveground and underground phenotypes,chemical composition and antioxidant activity was analyzed.[Result]The root yield,leaf number and leaf fresh weight of ZQ2 and ZQ7 were higher than those of ZQ1,with root yields of 108.7 and 137.2 g/pot,respectively;the number of elongated tubers in ZQ2 had increased;the color of ZQ3 leaves became lighter,and the leaf edges turned silver white;among them,the extract content of ZQ3 root was the highest at 11.38%,the total flavonoid content of ZQ6 root was the highest at 6.79 mg/g,and the total phenolic content of ZQ5 root was the highest at 14.82 mg/g;the total flavonoid content in ZQ6 leaves was the highest at 47.87 mg/g,and the total phenolic content in ZQ6 leaves was the highest at 37.17 mg/g.Among them,ZQ5 had the best antioxidant capacity in its roots,while ZQ6 had the best antioxidant capacity in its leaves.The fresh weight and quantity of single pot leaves were significantly positively correlated with the yield of single pot roots,and the total flavonoid content of roots was significantly positively correlated with antioxidant activity.[Conclusion]There is a correlation between the aboveground phenotype,chemical component,antioxidant activity and underground part of different T.hemsleyanum mutants,which can quickly screen high-quality and high-yield three leaf green varieties(lines)through aboveground phenotype and leaf data.关键词
