玉溪市草莓果实品质评价指标研究
Study on Evaluation Indexes of Strawberry Fruit Quality in Yuxi City

Abstract
In order to establish a strawberry fruit quality evaluation system,the"observation and tasting+evaluation scoring"and partial qual-ity testing method was adopted to evaluate the fruit hardness,deformity rate,fruit size,fruit color uniformity,softness and crispness of fruit flesh,juice volume,light and strong fruit aroma,fruit sour-sweet degree,as well as fruit hardness and sugar-acid ratio indicators.The fruit quality of 14 main strawberry varieties planted in Yuxi City was evaluated.At the same time,the grey relational analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the total evaluation score and the evaluation indicators.The results showed that from the evaluation indicators of strawberry fruit,the hard indicators(abnormal fruit rate,fruit color uniformity,fruit hardness,fruit size)were better evaluated than the soft indicators(softness and crispness of fruit flesh,juice volume,light and strong fruit aroma,fruit sour-sweet degree),and the coefficient of var-iation was smaller.From the comparison analysis of evaluation indicators and detection indicators,there were differences between the evaluation values and detection values of strawberry fruit hardness and sour-sweet degree,and the differences in evaluation values between different varie-ties were relatively small.There were significant differences in fruit quality among different strawberry varieties,with Santa's red,Yuexiu,Suizhu,Mengzhiying and Zhangji performing better overall,followed by Fenyu,Miaoxiang No.7,Mengshuai,Jingquanxiang and Jiande Red.The total score of strawberry fruit quality evaluation was highly correlated with the softness and crispness of fruit flesh,light and strong fruit a-roma,fruit sour-sweet degree,abnormal fruit rate and fruit hardness deformed fruit and fruit hardness.Improving the score weight could better reflect the quality level of strawberry.关键词
