Abstract

Taking Guanyun County,Jiangsu Province,a typical coastal county in eastern China,as an example,this paper uses four indica-tors of economic development function,agricultural production function,ecological conservation function and social security function to evalu-ate the comprehensive development level of rural areas,and through the analysis of the spatio-temporal evolution of rural regional functions,this paper explores the land zoning regulation under the guidance of multi-functional evolution,and proposes differentiated regional land use strategies for the land use development direction of different regions based on the comprehensive land use zoning in 2020.The results showed that the economic development function of Guanyun County was continuously strengthened,the structural evolution of the high,medium and low value areas of agricultural function was relatively stable,the high value area of ecological conservation function was significantly reduced,and the livelihood security function of most towns and villages was at the median level.The number of single-function-oriented and multi-func-tion-oriented townships in Guanyun County is much larger than that of comprehensive development,and the land supply and land supply struc-ture should be reasonably adjusted in the future.
