羊圈带式饲喂输送系统设计研究
Design and Research of Sheep Pen Belt Feeding Conveyor System
摘要
Abstract
To address issues of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and feed wastage in traditional sheep pen feeding methods,this paper de-signs a PLC-controlled belt feeding conveyor system.The system integrates a belt conveyor as the core structure,with steel ropes and belt trac-tion components,enabling automated feed transport and precise delivery within the sheep pen.The study covers the system's structural de-sign,key parameters,component selection,and operating principles,followed by practical application testing.Results indicate that the upgra-ded feeding system significantly enhances efficiency,reduces labor costs and feed wastage,and offers considerable economic benefits and po-tential for widespread adoption.关键词
