摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2014 to 2022,this study analyzes the comprehensive weights and development levels,spatial differentiation characteristics and obstacle factors of China's high-quality agricul-tural development in five dimensions:agricultural economic conditions,agricultural industry benefits,agricultural green development,agricul-tural modernization level and agricultural science and technology investment,starting from the six administrative geographical regions.The re-sults show that:① The level of high-quality agricultural development in China is gradually increasing,with the highest level of high-quality agricultural development in Northeast China,and the level of high-quality agricultural development in East China,Central South,Northwest and Southwest China is lower than the national average,and the level of high-quality agricultural development varies greatly and unevenly dis-tributed.② Most provinces are spatially in the high-high and low-low areas,and the transition phenomenon is not obvious,and there is a sig-nificant positive spatial correlation.Provinces with a high level of high-quality agricultural development have a strong impact on the surround-ing areas,while provinces with a low level of high-quality agricultural development tend to be stable.③ From the perspective of obstacle fac-tors,the obstacle factors at the criterion level in most regions are agricultural economic conditions and agricultural modernization level,while the number of agricultural scientific researchers in the index layer has always been a common obstacle to the high-quality development of agri-culture in China.Although the level of high-quality agricultural development is on the rise,the problem of imbalance still exists,and the fol-lowing countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:First,coordinate regional development and narrow regional gaps.The second is to in-novate the development model and optimize the industrial chain.The third is to increase scientific and technological services and improve de-velopment efficiency.关键词
