摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of rural ecological revitalization,the construction of rural ecological civilization has increasingly become the focus of rural social work,and the environmental issues in rural society have also received increasing attention from all walks of life.At pres-ent,China's rural ecological civilization rule of law construction is facing multiple dilemmas,which are mainly manifested in the increasingly severe rural environmental problems,insufficient supply of rural environmental system,and failure of rural environmental governance.There-fore,it is necessary for China to establish a unified rural ecological civilization legal normative system,construct a multi-participatory rural ec-ological civilization rule of law implementation system,improve a strict and standardized rural ecological civilization rule of law supervision sys-tem,and finally form a comprehensive and complete rural ecological civilization rule of law guarantee system.关键词
