摘要
Abstract
With the rise of the talent cultivation model for leisure agriculture professionals in the context of the integration of agriculture,cul-ture,and tourism,the demand for professional talents in the field of leisure agriculture is increasing,but the existing talent training system has not fully met the market demand.The study proposed the optimization strategies of the training model of leisure agriculture professional talents under the background of"agriculture,culture and tourism+"for improving the quality and effectiveness of leisure agriculture talent cultivation by optimizing the curriculum system,practical teaching system,industry education integration mechanism,and innovative ability cultivation,in order to meet the needs of integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism.关键词
