基于运动想象的脑机接口训练系统联合助力电刺激对于脑梗死恢复期患者腕手功能的影响研究
The Effect of Brain-Computer Interface Training System Based on Motor Imagery Combined with Power-Assisted Electrical Stimulation on Wrist-Hand Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction During Convales-cence

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of brain-computer interface(MI-BCI)training system combined with assisted electrical stimulation based on motor imagination on wrist-hand function of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2024,46 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in the rehabilitation center of De'an Hospital in Changzhou were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 23 patients in each group.On the basis of routine rehabilitation training,the experimental group received MI-BCI training system combined with power-assisted electrical stimulation training,while the control group received power-assisted electrical stimulation training once a day,20 minutes each time,five days a week for four weeks.Before entering the group and after the completion of the treatment cycle,the wrist-hand motor function of the patients was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer wrist-hand part(FMA-W/H).The Chinese version of Motor Activity Record Scale(MAL)was used to evaluate the activities of daily living(ADL)of patients.The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM)was used to evaluate patients'job performance and treatment satisfaction.Results:After treatment,the FMA-W/H scores,AOU scores,QOM scores,homework performance scores,and treatment satisfaction scores of the patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the pre-and post-treatment differences in FMA-W/H scores,AOU scores,QOM scores,homework performance scores,treatment satisfaction scores,homework performance scores,and pre-and post-treatment dif-ferences in treatment satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Assisted electrical stimulation combined with MI-BCI training system is helpful to improve wrist-hand motor function and ADL of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period,and improve job performance and treatment satisfaction.关键词
