中医康复疗法干预颈椎病慢性颈痛的脑网络机制研究进展
Research Progress on Brain Network Mechanism of TCM Rehabilitation Therapy for Chronic Neck Pain Caused by Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Cervical spondylosis is a prevalent chronic degenerative musculoskeletal disorder in clinical practice,with neck pain being its most common and prominent clinical symptom.When the pain persists for more than 3 months,it develops into chronic neck pain(CNP).Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy is widely utilized in CNP treatment and has demonstrated favorable therapeutic effects.However,previous studies have primarily focused on the improvement of bodily dysfunction mechanisms by tra-ditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy for CNP,while the central action mechanism remains unclear.This review summa-rizes changes in brain network mechanisms and central pathological changes of CNP intervention through traditional Chinese medi-cine rehabilitation therapy based on neuroimaging examination methods.The results indicate that CNP can alter brain structure,in-fluence brain function and metabolism.Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy can modulate specific brain regions'functions,enhance functional connectivity between brain regions,alleviate adverse effects of abnormal brain network regions,re-store brain region structures,and improve cerebral blood flow dynamics to normalize patients'abnormal activities.These findings of-fer crucial neuroimaging references for further exploration of the mechanism behind traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy in treating CNP.关键词
