铜死亡研究的文献计量学与可视化分析
Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Copper Induced Cell Death
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to utilize bibliometric methods to conduct a visual analysis of domestic and international litera-ture on copper death over the past decade,in order to better understand the research progress of copper death and identify potential research directions.Methods:Data sources include China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and the Web of Sci-ence Core Collection.CiteSpace software is used to visually analyze the publication volume,countries,authors,institutions,and key-words of literature related to copper death research from January 1,2014 to September 30,2024.Results:The publication volume on copper death has increased rapidly in recent years,with China leading in the number of publications but having a lower centrality compared to the second and third places,which are the United States and India.The top four domestic authors in terms of publica-tion volume are Wang Yixian,Cao Jianping,Jiao Yang,and Zhu Wei.There is less collaboration between institutions.Hot topics mainly focus on the exploration of mechanisms such as apoptosis,autophagy,oxidative stress,and related diseases.Neurodegenera-tive diseases and cancer are closely related to copper death.Conclusion:Early research on the mechanisms of copper death is a hot spot in the field of copper death mechanism research,and later it gradually shows a trend of parallel research between the mecha-nisms and clinical diseases.关键词
