自拟补虚通窍方联合耳穴压豆治疗肾虚血瘀型缺血性卒中后轻中度血管性痴呆的疗效观察
Therapeutic Effect of Buxu Tongqiao Decoction Combined with Auricular Points Plaster Therapy on Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Vascular Dementia after Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and effect on Hcy,LDL-C and hs-CRP of BuxuTongqiao decoction com-bined with auricular points plaster therapy in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of vascular dementia af-ter ischemic stroke.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of vascular dementia after isch-emic stroke who were treated in the inpatient departments of the Division of Encephalopathy and Acupuncture and Rehabilitation at our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly grouped into control group(n=34)and combination group(n=33).The control group was treated with conventional treatment of internal diseases and auricular points plaster therapy,while combination group was given a self-proposed formula for Buxutongqiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical effi-cacy of the two groups of patients,changes in the Simple Mental Scale score,Chinese Medicine Identification Scale for Vascular De-mentia,Clinical Dementia Rating Scale score,blood homocysteine(Hcy),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)before and after the treatment,and monitored the adverse reactions that occur during the treatment pro-cess.Results:The effective rate of thecombination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the MMSE scores of the patients in the two groups increased(P<0.05),the CDR scores decreased(P<0.05),the scores of the Chinese Medicine Identification Scale decreased(P<0.05),and the MMSE scores,CDR scores,and scores of the Chinese Medicine Identifi-cation Scale of the combination group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Hcy,LDL-C and hs-CRP levels were reduced to different degrees in both groups,and the difference between the two groups in Hcy and LDL-C inter-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in hs-CRP between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both treatment groups,and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of BuxuTongqiao decoction with auricular points plaster therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of vascular dementia after ischemic stroke,improve the cognitive function,reduce the degree of dementia,and improve the lipid metabolism and inflammatory response of the patients without obvious adverse reactions.关键词
