Abstract
The integrated management system is an advanced form of modern enterprise management,ai-ming to achieve systematic,standardized and efficient enterprise management through the integration and optimi-zation of multiple management systems.By scientifically and reasonably planning,establishing,implementing,maintaining and improving the process,an organic whole was formed to enhance the overall performance and competitiveness of the enterprise.Through the research on five framework construction methods for the integra-tion of multiple systems such as quality management,environmental management,occupational health and safe-ty,energy management and compliance management,and guided by different evaluation methods,the review of key characteristics and goal realization of integrated operation was carried out.One of the frameworks was intro-duced to specifically illustrate the realization of the integrated management system,enabling enterprises to main-tain the uniqueness and feasibility of operation documents when running multiple systems,effectively avoiding multiple and frequent document issuance and reducing repetitive work.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the integrated management system,the weak points and gaps in enterprise management can be intuitively identified,thereby quickly and accurately determining the direction for the next improvement.关键词
