Abstract
Production safety is the premise and basis for the survival and development of enterprises,and Party building plays an important role in guiding and guaranteeing production safety.Based on the practical ex-ploration of Party building to promote safety in petrochemical enterprises,combined with the effective practices of first-line production enterprises in the petrochemical industry mastered by research,the functional positioning of enterprise Party organizations and the political responsibility for safe production,focusing on the three aspects of ideological guidance,responsibility implementation and Party building thinking,and focusing on the entry point and strength point of effectively playing the unique advantages of Party building,13 specific measures was summarized such as practicing the concept of safe development,strengthening the advance check of major mat-ters concerning essential security,giving play to the role of basic-level Party organizations as fighting fortresses and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members,doing a good job in ideological and political work,grasping the Party building and co-construction of contractors,and creating an enterprise safety culture,specif-ying the methods and paths for promoting the Party′s leadership of production safety work to be implemented,the leading and guaranteeing role of Party building to be played in place,and the deep integration of Party building work and production safety,and providing useful references.关键词
