Abstract
A basin-wide flood occurred in the Haihe River Basin influenced by Typhoon Doksuri from July 29 to August 2,2023,known as"23·7"flood,with a significant flood event in the Daqing River Ba-sin of Beijing.Based on the measured rainfall and flow data from the Daqing River Basin,this study ana-lyzed the rainfall distribution patterns and flood evolution by comparing with historical typical flood events.The study proposed improvement measures according to the water damage situation in the basin analysis and the cause analysis of the water damage at the Zhangfang and Manshuihe hydrological sta-tions.The results indicated that nine rainfall stations in the Daqing River Basin recorded rainfall exceed-ing 600 mm during the"23·7"rainstorm,accounting for 60%of the total stations.The flood recurrence period at the Manshuihe hydrological station in the Dashi River exceeded once-in-a-century,while the recurrence period at the Zhangfang hydrological station in the Juma River exceeded the once every twenty years.The primary causes of water damage were the occurrence of excessive floods and the low standards of hydrological facilities.It was recommended to improve the flood control standards of hydrological sta-tions by repairing sections and raising station buildings.This research provides technical reference for the optimization and construction of hydrological station networks.关键词
