大清河流域"23·7"暴雨洪水特征分析

Abstract
Affected by Typhoon Doksuri,the Haihe River Basin experienced a"23·7"basin-wide flood,with the largest rainfall occurring in the Daqing River Basin.To understand the rainstorm and flood patterns of the"23·7"event in Daqing River Basin,the characteristics and relationships between rainstorms and floods were analyzed using curve fitting and flood investigation methods.The results showed that the average maximum 24-hour rainfall in the basin ranges from 81 mm to 120 mm,while the measured maximum 24-hour rainfall during the"23·7"event ranged from 227.5 mm to 630 mm.Approximately 87%of the stations had a recurrence interval of once every 50-100 years.The spatial distribution of the multi-year average maximum 24-hour rainfall showed higher values in the central Nanjiao-Nanxinfang area and lower values in the southeast and northwest.Except for some local areas,the distribution was largely consistent with the spatial distribution of the maximum 24-hour rainfall during"23·7".The occurrence times of the flood peak and rainfall peak were correlated with the size of the controlling basin area.At Zhangfang and Manshuihe stations,the flood peaks lagged behind the rainfall peaks by approximately 24 hours and 2 hours,respectively.These findings provide a reference for future rainstorm and flood analysis and forecasting.关键词
