清代医家陈修园治疗咳喘病探究
Exploration of Chen Xiuyuan's treatment of cough and dyspnea in the Qing Dynasty
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing and summarizing the discussions and medical cases related to cough and dyspnea in the life works of renowned physician Chen Xiuyuan,This article summarizes his understanding,experience,and treatment characteristics of cough and dyspnea.Chen Xiuyuan divided cough and dyspnea into two ends,namely deficiency and excess;For solid cough and dyspnea,it was important to focus on the pathogenic factors of drinking,and the combination of pathogenic factors within the lungs and outside the lungs was an important cause of cough and dyspnea.Professor Chen Xiuyuan attached great importance to the treatment of phlegm retention,and the important treatment principles for chronic cough and difficult cough were to promote the circulation of sanjiao and stomach qi.Chen Xiuyuan believed that deficiency cough and dyspnea were the gradual progression of labor injury,and in treatment,attention should be paid to nourishing the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,and often starting from the spleen and stomach while regulating the lungs and kidneys.Xiao Qing Long Tang,Ling Gan Wu Wei Jiang Xin Tang,Xiao Chai Hu Tang,and Six Jun Zin Tang were commonly used prescriptions for its clinical manifestations.关键词
