Exploration of the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure combined with depression
摘要
Abstract
Chronic heart failure(CHF)combined with depression belongs to the category of"Psycho-cardiological disease".Explaining the pathogenesis of CHF combined with depression based on the concept of"Xu and Qi retention and stagnation","Xu and Qi"is the initiating factor and the root cause of CHF combined with depression,with the focus on heart yang deficiency;"Stagnation"of qi,blood stasis,and phlegm retention are the symptoms of the disease.The coexistence of deficiency and stagnation,mutual causality,mutual influence,and mutual repetition promotes the spiral development of CHF combined with depression,damages the"blood heart"and"divine heart",and leads to the comorbidity of"Psycho-cardiological disease".The principle of clinical treatment is"tonifying deficiency and removing the stagnation",advocating the main treatment methods of nourishing qi and promoting blood circulation,warming yang and calming the spirit,in order to achieve the effect of"treating both the heart and the mind",which can provide diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for the treatment of CHF combined with depression in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
