Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-medicated leaven
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that medicated leaven mainly has the effects of invigorating spleen for harmonizing stomach,and promoting digestion and regulating middle jiao.The symptom target is dyspepsia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that medicated leaven and its active ingredients have effects of enhancing gastrointestinal motility,improving intestinal flora disorders,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-microbial,lowering blood lipids,reducing blood sugar level,and preventing atherosclerosis.In the clinical application experience and precautions for use,this product should not be used for those with deficiency of spleen yin,and exuberance of stomach fire.Pregnant women should use it with caution.It should not be used simultaneously with drugs such as vietnamese sophora root and erythromycin.The clinical dosage is 5-15g.关键词
