李飞应用"通阙利窍"法针灸治疗变应性鼻炎临床经验
Li Fei's clinical experience in treating allergic rhinitis by acupuncture and moxibustion with"Tongque Liqiao"method
摘要
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice.In recent years,its incidence has significantly increased and has become one of the main chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract.Based on the main cause,Professor Li Fei believes that allergic rhinitis is often caused by internal and external pathogens,leading to nasal and cerebral spasms that cannot be relieved,repeated invasion of evil qi,and the adhesion of old and new pathogens,resulting in the onset of this disease.The key to the disease mechanism is congestion of the clear orifices and stagnation of the meridians.Based on the academic idea of"short and long water,decide to condense and open the stagnation"in"BiaoYuFu",it is advocated to treat stagnation by dredging the meridians and guiding the stagnation,promoting nasal circulation and awakening the mind,and clearing the mind;Innovating the method of"Tongque Liqiao"in clinical practice,moxibustion is used to promote nasal circulation,needles are used to awaken the mind,acupoints such as Yin Tang and Ying Xiang are used to promote nasal circulation,and acupoints such as Sun,Nao Kong,Cheng Ling,Feng Chi,Wan Gu,Tou Qiao Yin,and Nao Hu are used to awaken the mind.Attention should be paid to the use of acupuncture,emphasizing the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion as the core,the key point is the reopening of acupuncture,and the key point is the conduction of needle sensation,so as to go deep into the disease place,eliminate pathogenic factors and restore the healthy.关键词
