隔姜灸关元穴治疗寒凝证类原发性痛经大鼠的机制研究
Study on the mechanism of treating primary dysmenorrhea rats with coagulated cold syndrome by ginger interposed moxibustion at Guan Yuan acupoint

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of ginger interposed moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)rats with coagulated cold syndrome.Methods 40 PD rats with coagulated cold syndrome were randomly divided into the blank group(group C),the model group(group M),ibuprofen positive drug group(group Y)and ginger interposed moxibustion(group J),with 10 rats in each group.PD model of coagulated cold syndrome using estradiol benzoate,oxytocin,and local freezing method was established.The changes in body mass,anal temperature,twisting frequency and score,and uterine index of rats with PD were observed.HE staining was used to detect pathological changes in uterine and ovarian tissues.The levels of various indicators such as prostaglandin E2(PGE2),prostaglandin F2 alpha(PGF2 alpha),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),β-endorphin(β-EP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in each group were detected.Results After treatment,body mass,anal temperature,torsion score,uterine index,concentrations of serum COX-2 and PGF2α in each group significantly decreased(P<0.01),and IL-1β concentration significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 and PGE2 concentrations significantly increased(P<0.01),and β-EP concentration significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginger interposed moxibustionat at Guanyuan point can effectively relieve PD,inhibit inflammatory factors,increase PGE2 level and decrease PGF2α level in uterine tissue,which may be the potential mechanism of action.关键词
