火龙罐灸对原发性寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的效果观察
Observation of the effect of dragon pot moxibustion on dysmenorrhea patients with primary cold coagulation and blood stasis type

Abstract
Objective To observe and explore the comprehensive therapeutic effect of dragon pot moxibustion in patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,and provide basis for the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 80 patients with dysmenorrhea with primary cold coagulation and blood stasis who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from May to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received oral traditional Chinese medicine treatment.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group was treated with dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion therapy.Before intervention and 12 weeks after intervention,COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale and visual analog scale(VAS)were used to score dysmenorrhea symptoms of two groups,and the pain onset time and treatment effect of two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,COX and VAS scores of both groups decreased,and the decrease degree of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group,and there was statiscally significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was statiscally significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of fire dragon pot moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea patients with primary cold coagulation and blood stasis,alleviate the pain degree of patients to a certain extent,and shorten the pain time of patients.At the same time,the fire dragon pot moxibustion therapy perfectly combines the three traditional Chinese medicine therapies of cupping,scraping,and moxibustion,providing new ideas and assistance for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.关键词
