温胆汤及其加减方治疗代谢相关性疾病的研究进展
Research progress in the treatment of metabolic related diseases with Wendan decoction and its modified formulas
摘要
Abstract
Wen Dan decoction was originally written by the famous physician Yao Sengyuan in the Southern and Northern Dynasties in his book"Ji Yan Fang",and was included and quoted by Sun Simiao in his book"Qian Jin Yao Fang".Wendan decoction is mainly used to treat disturbagallbladder depression and phlegm nce syndrome,and its expectorant effect is significant,so it is known as a famous formula for expectorant treatment in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.With the continuous deepening of modern research,the clinical application scope of Wendan decoction is actually far beyond traditional knowledge,especially in the treatment of metabolic related diseases.Wendan decoction has demonstrated its unique and multi-target medicinal characteristics.Combined with relevant literature in recent years,starting with obesity,fatty liver disease,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,gout and other diseases,this paper summarizes the targets and clinical indications of Wendan decoction and its modified prescriptions for the treatment of metabolic diseases,so as to promote the further development of scientific research and clinic,and provide reference for the clinical application of Wendan decoction(modified)in metabolic related diseases.关键词
