中医药治疗痰浊阻肺型AECOPD疗效及对气道黏液相关性的研究进展
Research progress in the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating AECOPD with phlegm turbidity obstruction and its correlation with airway mucus
摘要
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common,multiple,and easily recurrent respiratory system disease.Chronic inflammation of the airways and high secretion of mucus are the main pathological features of COPD,and the efficacy of Western medicine in treating and preventing the recurrence or even exacerbation of COPD is limited.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the accumulation of phlegm is the basis of COPD.Traditional Chinese medicine has the significant advantages in treating chronic inflammation and high secretion of mucus in the airways of COPD patients,and can alleviate COPD patients'chronic inflammation and regulate airway mucus secretion through multiple targets and pathways.This study analyzes the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on phlegm obstructed lung type AECOPD and its impact on airway mucus hypersensitivity through literature review in the past 5 years,in order to explore new ideas for the treatment of COPD and provide theoretical guidance for clinical research.关键词
