中医药干预肺纤维化相关信号通路的研究进展
Research progress in traditional Chinese medicine intervention in pulmonary fibrosis related signaling pathways
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic interstitial lung disease characterized by excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.It is a typical sequelae of severe COVID-19 patients in 2019,and it is also the final pathological result of interstitial lung disease.This article summarizes the relevant literature on the intervention of interstitial lung disease from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine monomers,traditional Chinese medicine formulas,rehabilitation,and nursing in recent years,and summarizes multiple related pathways.The aim is to provide new ideas for future clinical formula use and experimental research for reference.Combining the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine with modern pharmacological research mechanisms jointly promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.关键词
