老年 3～4 期压力性损伤患者中西医创面治疗的现状和展望
Current situation and prospect of wound treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in elderly patients with stage 3-4 stress injuries
摘要
Abstract
The 3-4 stage stress of the elderly is often difficult to heal itself,easy to infection,difficult nursing treatment,high cost,long cycle and other characteristics,which brings enormous physical and mental pain to patients and their families.In recent years,with the development of wet healing theory and traditional Chinese medicine,clinical wound treatment personnel have achieved good clinical results by using wet healing dressing change,external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine preparations and combined application therapy.Its treatment methods include new dressing change,simple negative pressure treatment,external application of traditional Chinese medicine,moxibustion and other combined treatment,which has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of 3-4 stage stress injury in the elderly.Different treatment schemes have their own advantages and are suitable for different treatment needs.By combing and summarizing these research results,the advantages and applicable conditions of different treatment schemes are summarized,in order to provide reference for clinical wound treatment personnel and elderly caregivers.关键词
