Abstract

Single-frequency PPP cannot combine multi-frequency observations to eliminate ionospheric delay.In or-der to analyze and correct the single-frequency ionospheric delay,the measured data and the GPS dual-frequency observations with preset ionospheric delay obtained by simulation,are calculated based on the single-frequency un-combined PPP model and dual-frequency uncombined PPP model respectively.The comparative analysis shows that the ionospheric delay has great impact on the positioning performance of single-frequency PPP.The positioning performance of single-frequency PPP without ionospheric influence is comparable to that of dual-frequency PPP.Then three common constraint strategies including constant constraint,spatial-temporal constraint and stepwise-re-laxed constraint are used to perform PPP solving experiments on the measured data.The experimental results show that the additional ionospheric constraints can significantly shorten the convergence time of single-frequency PPP,but there is still a certain gap from the dual-frequency PPP.
