摘要

Abstract

Acoustic emission sensor is the key part of acoustic emission testing system and the primary compo-nent of sensing damage signal.Aiming at the shortcoming of the traditional finite element method which only pays attention to piezoelectric ceramics in the analysis of acoustic emission sensor,a new simplified model of a-coustic emission sensor is established by using ANSYS software.The main parameters of specific components of acoustic emission sensor with resonant frequency of 150 kHz are calculated.Based on the bidirectional coupling of electric field and structural field,the static,modal and harmonic response of the structure are analyzed,and the packaged sensor is calibrated.The results show that the method is feasible,which has a certain reference significance for the development of piezoelectric acoustic emission sensor.
