Abstract
Terahertz technology has great advantages in the field of non-destructive testing of composite materi-als due to its strong penetration and other characteristics.It can complement conventional nondestructive testing techniques,solve the problems of defect detection affected by substrates,and improve the accuracy of composite material defect detection.In the research of terahertz nondestructive testing technology,the accurate identifica-tion and location of defects has always been an urgent problem.The scattering characteristics of terahertz wave in composite material defect is stuided.In view of the influence of the presence or absence of defects,the change of defect size and quantity on the scattering characteristics,the feature data basis for the defect identifi-cation in the structure are provided.Combined with the image algorithm,the features such as the region,quanti-ty and depth of defects can be identified,so as to effectively improve the accuracy of the defect identification of the composite materials.关键词
