嵌套式三线圈在线监测传感器的设计与优化
Design and Optimization of Nested Three-Coil On-Line Monitoring Sensor
摘要
Abstract
The metal wear particles contained in the lubricating oil of mechanical equipment can reflect the re-maining useful life of the mechanical equipment.For the detection of wear particles in oil,the inductive three-coil on-line monitoring sensor has excellent performance,with high detection accuracy and good oil throughput.In order to improve the detection accuracy of the three-coil sensor,a nested three-coil on-line monitoring sensor is designed.Numerical simulation and finite element simulation are used to simulate the magnetic induction in-tensity and induced electromotive force in the coil.The experiment proves that the detection accuracy of the nested sensor is improved by 3.9%~5.6%compared to traditional sensor.By systematically organizing,ana-lyzing,and comparing two types of three-coil sensors,a new approach is provided for optimizing the three-coil on-line monitoring sensor.关键词
