摘要

Abstract

In the process of wind tunnel test,scientific and reasonable data acquisition software can obtain ac-curate and reliable test data,which provides strong support for analyzing problems,verifying hypotheses and drawing conclusions.The common operation mode of data acquisition software in wind tunnel test is to refresh the signal waveform after the system completes all the acquisition contents.This method is simple to construct and practical.However,this method also has drawbacks as it cannot monitor the dynamic data of signals in real time,which partly limits the program's internal data processing capability.Therefore,a flow processing program suitable for wind tunnel test characteristics is stuided,the cache replacement algorithm,scan offset algorithm and other technical means are used to match the dynamic data with static data one by one to realize the real-time updating of multi-channel signal data and the real-time processing,display and storage of load data.Com-pared with the traditional model,the stream processing program not only facilitates the operator to monitor and record the aerodynamic force received by the model during the test,but also can refine the process data of the model when it enters a specific area such as airflow separation and stall critical point,which is more conducive to research and analysis.
