摘要

Abstract

The CB-B series cycloidal gear pumps are commonly used as hydraulic boost pumps in aviation engine fuel pump test systems.To ensure stable oil pressure transmission and uniform oil supply under high-pressure and high-vibration conditions,modeling design and flow characteristic analysis are necessary.The current design of the epitrochoid pump tooth profile heavily relies on traditional mechanical theory analysis without incorporating flow characteristic analysis,resulting in low operational reliability.By analyzing the meshing characteristics of rotor pairs,determining the arc radius coefficient and involute coefficient,and optimizing the distribution plate structure based on fluid properties,we build a rotor model.By analyzing the meshing characteristics of the rotor pair,determining the arc radius coefficient and generation coefficient,and optimizing the distribution surface structure based on fluid characteristics,we build a geometric model.The flow analysis adopts a lumped parameter approach based on the rotor's geometric features,discretizing the fluid domain within the pump,calculating the dynamic flow of each chamber,and classifying the pump body leakage for further analysis,leading to the establishment of a mathematical fluid model.Finally,a dynamic flow model of the cycloidal pump is built by using the AMESim platform.Compared to the pre-optimization results,the error is controlled within 1%,the flow unevenness coefficient is below 5%,and the outlet pressure fluctuation is within 2%,meeting the operational requirements.
