摘要

Abstract

The construction of consumption centers is undoubtedly a major measure in recent years to stimulate consumption and stimulate domestic demand in China.It is a major strategic measure for the future development of China's international economy,macro-economy,regional economy,consumer economy,and urban economy.The concept of consumer centers,particularly international consumption center cities,was introduced relatively recently in China and is still in the phase of practical experimentation and theoretical exploration.The construction of international consumption centers is a major strategic initiative in the new era.It is necessary to fully understand it which has specific connotations in consumption,international consumption,and consumption center development strategies.It is necessary to understand the positioning of international consumption center cities from a global perspective,including defining positioning by analyzing target groups,laying foundations through existing infrastructure,breaking regional barriers via spatial coordination,designing growth drivers via innovation and reform,and structuring systems through governance integration.It is expected to break the development pattern of small and disorderly,weak and scattered low-level consumer economy,and achieve the development pattern of large and orderly,strong and concentrated consumer economy.Currently,China urgently needs to rely on the construction of international consumer centers cities to promote consumption development,stimulate domestic demand,and ensure the domestic circulation and domestic international dual circulation go smoothly.
