The logic,pathways,and safeguard measures of green technology empowering new quality productivity
摘要
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party has made the proposal of accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.Green technology is a key focus for"integrating the concept of green development throughout the entire process of economic and social development,"and it is a crucial driving force for the development of new quality productivity.This study employs a systematic analytical framework to analyze the mechanisms and operational logic by which green technology empowers the development of new quality productivity.The results show that green technology can promote the efficient use of resources,reduce environmental pollution,and enhance industrial competitiveness,providing new momentum for the growth of new quality productivity.Based on the mechanisms of action,this study proposes three strategies to strengthen the empowering effect:accelerating the growth of green emerging industries,promoting the green transformation of traditional industries,and building a system of industrial integration.In addition,it also emphasizes safeguard measures such as green finance,intellectual property protection,and professional talent cultivation to ensure the long-term innovation of green technology and the robust development of new quality productivity.关键词
