柔性铜网格透明导电材料的研究进展
Latest Progress on Flexible Copper Grid Transparent Conductive Materials
摘要
Abstract
Transparent conductive materials of traditional indium tin oxide(ITO),with the properties of hard brit-tleness,high cost and scarce resources,have been unable to meet the market demands for high performance and low cost transparent conductive materials.Flexible copper metal grid transparent conductive materials have advanta-ges of good conductivity,transparency and mechanical flexibility,and become a powerful alternative to ITO.Cop-per metal grid transparent conductive materials can achieve the best balance between film resistivity and transmit-tance by adjusting the line width and spacing of metal grids to meet different performance requirements.This paper reviews the research progress of flexible copper grid transparent conductive materials,focuses on its challenges and bottlenecks in touch display technology,and analyzes the current optimization strategies for these problems.关键词
